PAOC proudly sponsors the OC Tremble Clefs and the PEP4U Wellness Program. These programs are provided at no cost to participants, in thanks to continued support of donations.
OC Tremble Clefs

The OC Tremble Clefs is a therapeutic singing group, that provides vocal therapy, for people with Parkinsons. OC Tremble Clefs rehearse on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Some meetings are conducted on Zoom and others are live. Performances are scheduled throughout the year.
The OC Tremble Clefs is directed by Karen Skipper.

PEP4U
The PEP4U provides knowledgeable, certified and trained fitness instructors, personal trainers and/or physical therapist to lead participants (caregivers are always welcome to participate) through a series of safe and beneficial exercises. PEP4U offers an inviting program for people with Parkinsons to participate in a exercise program that promotes and encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.
PEP4U Classes are Parkinsons specific and include: Yoga, Balance & Coordination and Multitasking & Cognition.
Class Schedule:
Classes are scheduled Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00-3:00 pm.
